Boot camps (sometimes called fitness camps) combine fun and unconventional activities with exercise essentials to create an optimal fitness experience! They are a fun and motivating way to get fit!
Each session (45-50 minutes) includes all aspects of fitness including, strength exercises, plyometrics, cadiovascular intervals, functional training and core work. We also include some fun and unusual exercises like dodge ball, the car push, bag drag, and team and individual competitions.
I’m not going to go into further detail about all the activities because that would ruin the fun!!
You will get a great, well-rounded workout, and get to meet other phenomenal women who, like you, are there to motivate, encourage, inspire, and be motivated, encouraged and inspired!!
