The Basics: here’s how it works * Check the dates listed below for exact dates. * Register online or when you see me at a boot camp. * Come that Saturday morning for a challenging, fat blasting workout!!
More Details...yes, you should read this!!!! * The cost per session is $10...this is fraction of the cost of working one on one with a personal trainer!!! * You must pre-pay for a session (no later than the Thursday prior to the workout). * If you decide not to show up for the workout, there are not any refunds! * If there are less than 3 women registered for a session, that session may be canceled. If so, you will receive a full refund.
